Introducing The 4-Week Financial Foundation

Let's make 2022 the year you finally get your finances together.

When you start learning about personal finance, it’s easy to read about what you should be doing with your money — but much harder to figure out how to create long-term strategies in your day-to-day financial life.

In this interactive 4-week course with money coach Cindy Zuniga-Sanchez (founder of Zero-Based Budget), students will be given the steps they need to take the practical money advice they read about and actually put those tools into practice in their own lives. Each session will go in depth on one foundational money topic that’s crucial for long term financial success: building a workable budget, creating a sustainable debt payoff plan, setting up a retirement plan, and building credit to help with long-term goals.

Each 90 minute class will feature 60 minutes of step-by-step instruction from Cindy, followed by 30 minutes of live Q&A. Students will also be given exercises at the end of each class so they can start building their own financial foundation with the tools Cindy provides. They will also have access to two 45-minute “office hours” with Cindy, plus a dedicated Slack channel for community-based feedback, networking, and bonding.

Questions? We have answers!

Is this course for me if I'm a beginner?

Absolutely! This course is perfect for beginners because we will be introducing money management concepts in an easy to understand and engaging way, while giving you the tools to embark on your financial freedom journey.

I have read personal finance books, listen to podcasts, and follow personal finance social media content creators - is this course for me

Yes! We can consume all the content in the world, but if we are not implementing what we learn, we won’t see the progress that we should make with our money.

I am not the most outspoken person, will I still benefit from the Q&A and Slack discussions?

Yes, of course. Throughout the presentation, Cindy will address frequently asked questions that her clients and audience have. If your question is not addressed, you can direct message her anonymously during the class (no judgment!) and Cindy will respond to your question during the Q&A. As for the Slack channel, you will see how many people in the community are in a similar situation as you. We are confident this will create more opportunity to learn from one another.

Is there significant coursework?

We all have busy schedules, so participants will have access to the full class recordings. After each class, Cindy will assign “homework” to implement what you’ve learned in the class. These assignments are all contained in the workbooks along with easy to follow checklists that you can implement post class.

How much does this course cost?

This course is $199 for the 4-week program and two office hours. You will have unlimited access to the recordings for 12 months starting the last day of class.

If you have any additional questions, please email us at events@thefinancialdiet.com.

Do you accept refunds?

Due to the exclusive nature of this course, all sales are final and non-refundable. If needed, we may be able to accommodate moving you to a different session, pending availability.

If you have any questions on deciding if this course is for you, please email us at events@thefinanicaldiet.com and we would be happy to help.

How long will I have access to this course?
